The Big Dog is a USA 3in1 sim card with a telephone number valid for one year. When activated the line includes an initial balance of $100. The sim and phone number are valid 12 months. The initial $100 is used to purchase one of the AT&T USA rate plans reducing the balance. When you are ready to stop using the line we will change or help you change the plan to a holding plan which serves to stop the cash spend until you return to the USA and need to use the line again. Your sim & phone number are alive for one year even if the cash balance is consumed. Each time you visit the USA, you can choose the appropriate plan based on your needs. It is paid from your account balance. You can refill your account to pay for your next needed rate plan.

The Big Dog plan has two components: The active plan and the holding plan.

The Active Plan - While you come to the USA, select the most appropriate (active plan) based on the length of stay, data needs and your individual preference. There are 5 x 30 day plan choices. All plans include unlimited USA, Canada calling, texting and data.

  • $30 - UNL talk, text, 5GB 4GLTE data, Hotspot (USA only)
  • $40 - UNL talk, text, 15GB 4GLTE data, Hotspot (USA/CA/MEX)

The Holding Plan - When you are about to leave the USA, you should change the plan to the (Holding plan). The plan costs $2.00/day for talk and text "No data". The $2.00/day is charged only on days you use the phone for talk and text. If you are not placing calls, answering the phone - No Charge! Changing to 2.00/day will hold your account balance until you return to the USA within 12 months.

How do I change the rate plan?
1. Call or text MRSIM at +1-703-9534567 or Send an email / iMessage to support@mrsimcard.com and ask us to do it for you.
2. Dial 611 from the phone and press option 3 (Rate Plan). Change it yourself there.

Included Calls / Texts
All incoming calls are included whether from numbers in the USA or from overseas (unlimited). All outgoing calls placed to USA / Canada / Mexico telephone number are included... Yes calls to mobiles and landlines are included (unlimited).
If you return to the USA for a day trip and don't want a 30 day plan, you can use the Holding plan at $2.00/day (No data) to place and receive calls to USA numbers only. USA / International SMS is included. Do not turn cell data on.

- Plan 1,2,3,4,5 are valid for up to 13 months from activation.
- Plan 6 is valid for 360 days of continuous talk, text, data service

Account Tips
Account pin
When you line is activated you will be provided an account pin. This four digit number is used by you or us to make changes on the line. Adding data bundles, checking your account balance, checking the features on the line are examples of these activities. You don't need to, but you can change your account pin. The process of changing the pin requires a text message with the new pin sent direct to the phone number. If you are overseas, you cannot get the message. AT&T does not know the pin when the system generates it. So - only change the pin when you are in the USA.

International Calling Feature.

International calling is not included, but you can get 250 minutes of calls to Landline (and in some countries - mobiles) in over 50 countries for a simple $12 add-on feature. Add the International 250 to your AT&T sim order above. For other countries and without the International Feature - Pay As You Go International rates apply - See them here. You will need additional credit on the line for calls at Pay As You Go Rates.

AT&T USA Mobility - International Texting Feature
