FAQ

How long should I wait for eSIM QR Code after payment?
You will receive the eSIM QR code via email within 2 – 8 hours during the working hours. If you haven’t received the email in time, please contact our support team. Text +1-7039534567 or Call +1-7039534567

How many eSIMs can I have?
You can store 1 physical SIM card and several eSIM plans on "Sim plus eSIM" compatible devices. The maximum amount of eSIMs varies depending on device and manufacturer.

When does the plan start?
Your data plan begins at the time of installation. There are some sim cards that start service when your phone connects to a tower which is "on Home Network" for the eSim. These include Orange Holiday and Bouygues France for example. Our Vodafone UK offer begins when the eSim is issued.

How can I prevent any accidental International Roaming charges?
To block data usage of a physical SIM card in advance, Turn [Cellular Data Switching] Off while installing. Also, you can contact your carrier and subscribe to ‘Blocked charged international roaming’ services. Tap Settings / Cellular and make certain the Travel eSim is set and preferred for data and "Allow Cellular Data Switching" is off.

Why do you request my IMEI when ordering an eSim?
We check to confirm that your device supports eSim in general. If you are ordering USA service, we check to confirm your device will work in America. Older devices that are 3G for example no longer work in America.

What does "Data Only Sim" mean?
It means that with a data-only SIM, you will not receive a phone number and the sim is not going to send SMS or place regular phone calls. You can use internet-operated messaging services like FaceTime, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Google Duo, Viber, Telegram, Signal, etc., to call and text anywhere in the world. You can do Wi-Fi calling.

Let's look at how you can find out if your phone is esim compatible.

iPhone
First we suggest you verify the iPhone is unlocked. Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll down to the "Carrier Lock" section. If it says, “No SIM restrictions” it means that your iPhone is unlocked.
Now, to find out if your iPhone supports eSIMs, you must follow these steps. Go to Settings > Cellular. On this screen in the area "SIMs" you will see the active Sim cards on your phone. Tap on the "Add eSIM" option. If you get the option to scan a QR code, then your iPhone does support eSim.

Samsung
Go to Settings > Connections > Sim card manager > Add mobile plan. If the "Add Mobile Plan" is available, it should mean that your Samsung device supports eSIM. You can also tap “IMEI” in the search bar of your settings, and the option “IMEI information” (or similar) should show up. If the “IMEI (eSIM)” is available, it means that your device supports eSIM.

Google Pixel
Go to Settings > Networks and Internet > Advanced. Look for the option to "Add Operator". Finally, after this, you will be asked for authorization to use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code. If all of these steps are successful, your Google Pixel is eSIM capable.

Huawei
Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > Sim Management > Add SIM or eSIM. If you are able to complete each step, you will see that your smartphone is compatible with eSIM.

Motorola
Go to Settings > Internet & Networks > Mobile Network > Advanced > Carrier. Tap Add Carrier > Next. The screen for scanning the QR code will appear. At this point you can be certain your Motorola is compatible with eSIM.

Nokia
Tap Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs. If you do not have a physical SIM card inserted in your phone, tap Download eSIM instead?. If you already have a physical SIM card inserted, tap Add eSIM. At this point you would scan the QR code to activate your eSIM.
