If you have an Android or older iPhone (6S or 7) we can ship you a sim before arrival or better still, we can ship a sim to your hotel for your arrival.
We suggest you make your plans before arrival. Who wants to land in Miami or Orlando or New York and not be connected straight away. Your USA Sim Card
H2O Wireless runs on the network of AT&T and supports 5G speeds. This is the perfect sim for a short stay in America. It can be used for as many months as you need, refilling monthly before the end of the 30 day plan. Data will rollover only if refilled early.
We offer H2O Wireless as a Physical sim and an eSim. You will need an iPhone XR or newer to use the eSim.
Delivery
Physical sim cards are 3in1 nano, micro, mini sim and can be mailed worldwide. We do highly recommend USA Hotel Delivery. This service is $9.99 additional for express tracked delivery via 2 day tracked FedEx or USPS service. We will send you tracking numbers and a picture of the package which will be waiting for you at your hotel or AirBnB..etc.
eSims are sent electronically to your phone on the day of activation. Just connect to WiFi or cellular data and you will receive the activation message to your phone. Follow the install directions and away you go.
It is extremely rare that a SIM card is defective and does not work. If it is in fact defective, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to help you get a replacement SIM card no matter where you are.
Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable, including any charges incurred for Saturday delivery or shipments that are refused.
Is your phone eSIM compatible?Not all phones are compatible with eSIM since it’s such a new technology. Currently H2O Wireless supports eSIM for iPhones, but Androids are not yet supported. Below is a list of compatible phone models, or check your compatibility using the module below. |
