How do I keep my account active? Your initial minutes and all recharges expire after 90 days. To keep your TúYo account active, you must add at least $10 every 90 days. If you recharge before the 90th day, your existing balance (if any) will carry over to your new expiration date.
In any 90-day period, if you do not add at least $10 or you allow your balance to drop to $0, you lose any remaining funds in your account and your account becomes inactive. "Inactive" means you can't make or receive calls, send or receive text messages or use features. You can't use your account to do anything other than call 911 or TúYo Customer Service. Once your account is inactive, you have 45 days to recharge and reactivate your account. However, if you do not recharge by the 46th day after your account has become inactive, your account expires. Upon expiration, you can no longer keep the phone number associated with your account. You will need to initiate a new account to restart service with TúYo with a new number.911 Calls: Yes

How can I check my balance?
To check your balance just dial #BAL (#225) from your TúYo Mobile phone and push send. There are
(No airtime charges) for checking your balance the first three times in a day.
How can I check my balance from another phone?
To check your balance from another phone, dial 877-GET-TÚYO (877-438-8896) and follow the prompts. (Dialing this number from your TúYo Mobile phone will result in airtime charges.)
I lost my security code, what can I do? If you cannot remember your security code, contact Customer Service for assistance by dialing 611 from your TúYo Mobile phone or 877-GET-TÚYO (877-438-8896) from a landline phone.
When does my balance expire? Every time you recharge your account, your balance is good up to 90 days. When you recharge, your previous minutes are carried over with your new balance. For example, if you had a $5.00 account balance with an expiration date of 2/25/05, and you replenished your account on 2/15/05 with $20, you then have $25.00 available until 5/15/2005 (90 days later).
Can I transfer my balance? No, your balance belongs to your account and your phone number. You cannot transfer your balance to another phone number.
