How do I make calls?
For national (on island) calls, you can place calls using the customary ten (10) digit format: Area code + seven (7) digit number e.g. +1–703-953-2272.
To place a call back home: dial the international country followed by the area code and the seven (7) digits of the number you wish call. The “+” sign should be used to substitute for the international country code where this is not known.

How do I check my balance?

Refill Procedure:
1. Direct Top Up – tell the dealer the mobile number and the amount you wish to top up. The dealer will input your mobile number and the value you requested into the LIME electronic system.
2. Electronic Pin - dial (*3733) and follow instructions to recharge your account (In Jamaica Only --- Dial 121 on your Mobile phone press “SND” Call” or “yes” and listen to the prompts
3. LIME Prepaid Cards - Purchase a Prepaid Card, scratch the PIN at the back of the card, dial (*3733) and follow instructions to recharge your account
4. Top Up Online – log on to www.mrsimcard.com/s-limetopup.html. This is the best way. No minimums and the topup goes right to phone.
