- Scratch the silver panel on the Afghan Wireless Top-Up cards to reveal the 12 digit PIN number.
- To Recharge dial 171 for English/172 for Dari/173 for Pashto.
- Listen to the voice announcement and follow the instructions.
- Enter the 12 digit PIN number after the beep.
- Press 1 for confirmation.
- The system will confirm the new balance.
- Your prepaid account is now recharged.
Registration
Thank you for your order for Afghan Wireless.
Afghan Wireless AWCC has a registration requirement for all wireless customers. In satisfying this requirement, AWCC has asked that the customer complete and return a completed Subscriber Agreement Form (SAF) and submit same along with a copy of a photo ID.
Deploying US military may submit one of the following :
A copy of a National Identity Card, Passport, or Driver's License.
Please email a copy of one of the above to support@mrsimcard.com and reference your order number in the subject line.

Customer Service: Customer care is offered via a local number +93 70 830 830. Customer service is of course multi-lingual. From the mobile - dial 151 for English, 152 for Dari and 153 for Pashto.
