All you need to do is add the three digit code from the list
below to the start of the international number you want to
call. The cost of the call will be deducted from your

What do I need to do?

the three digit code from the table below.
2. Add the three digit code to the start of the
international number you want to call, before the
country area code.
3. Make the call.
4. You can save the three digit code with the
international number into your phone, so it's all set up
for when you next want to call.

The cost of an Add-on will be taken from your credit. It depends on what Add-on you've opted for as to how much it will cost. Make sure you've enough credit to cover your Add-on as well as other activities such as 0800 numbers and international calls or roaming, as these are not included with your Add-on. Without an Add-on you'll also be charged 3 UK standard rates for calls, texts and data.
