INTERNATIONAL PACK (VISIT UK)

The International pack provides all the UK data (500MB or 3GB) and texts you need, plus a minutes allowance that can be used to call both within the UK and to 34 international destinations. That means that you don’t need to buy any extra add-ons to call abroad and your minutes are never wasted. They also include unlimited EE to EE minutes and texts, so you can contact family and friends on EE (within the UK) without worrying about your allowance.

The International pack includes 150 or 250 mins. You can make calls to mobiles and landlines within the UK or any of the following 34 international destinations: Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Canada, China, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United States.

As part of the International pack, you have unlimited minutes to call any other EE mobile. This means that you can keep in touch with family and friends on EE without it coming out of your core allowance.

If you travel to Europe from June 2017, you’ll be able to use your minutes, text and data allowances while you’re abroad.

Unfortunately, calls to the 34 destinations within your pack are only from the UK. However, calls to any EU country are included within your pack when roaming in the EU.

You can add extra cash to your line to text other numbers or we suggest you use an app such as Pinger or Skype or iMessage or WhatsApp or Line or Facebook Messenger. These apps all use your massive data allowance to stay in touch.
When you arrive a "Everything Pack" destination and first power on your phone, you will receive a welcome message from "Three" that will advise rates for local and international calls from that destination. These rates apply to direct dialed local and international calls and texts. These are calls outside of your included bundle.

Everything Pack

Everything Pack lets you take a UK allowance of 3000 mins, 3000 texts and a bunch of data (1gb, 5gb or 12gb) away with you to 60 destinations around the world, to call or text or to get online. You get to use your phone or device, just like you would at home. You won’t be charged to receive a call or text while you’re away. If your allowance includes data, you can use it up to 9GB when you’re in a Everything Pack destination.

What about other calls abroad – to local numbers for example? What do they cost?
Calls and texts to numbers outside of the EU, including local numbers in the place you are visiting, aren’t part of Everything Pack and won’t come out of your allowance. You’ll be charged at a standard roaming rate for your destination. When you arrive in a Everything Pack destination we’ll send you a message to tell you what these charges are. This is where you use the MRSIM WorldTalk feature included with the service. Simply dial our provided access number, listen to the message and dial 00 + country code + number followed by # and the call will go through. Thats Hot!

Your Phone Number

Your phone number is printed on the Sim Card, it’s the number above the barcode starting 07:
(44) is the country code, the other eleven digits are the number 07376317808.
To call the number above from the USA, I would dial +44 7376317808 or 011 44 7376317808.

Activation Procedure

Please insert the sim card into your phone and power it on approximately 1 week before travel. The EE UK network will activate the line and a message on the screen will direct you to turn the phone off and back on. Once complete the sim card is active. We will fund the sim and activate your plan a few days before travel. Once the plan is funded you will text "NOW" to 150 to start the plan.

Top-up with a voucher.
You can get a top-up voucher from www.mrsimrefill.com using the refill box at (top right). We will add the recharge voucher directly to your line.

You can also topup at any supermarket, shop or petrol station that shows the top-up logo in the UK. Please note that it is difficult to purchase EE UK refill vouchers locally in "Everything Pack" destinations. You can buy a top-up for £10, £15, £20, £25, £30, £40 and £50. You'll get a printed voucher, or a voucher by email that looks like a receipt with a 16 digit number printed on it.
Once you’ve bought a top-up voucher, call 150 free from your EE phone or +4011 44 7953 966250 from landline. Select Top-up with a voucher and enter the 16 digit number printed across the receipt. Once you’ve entered the voucher code, your account will be topped up.

How it Works

1. Order Sim and advise us your travel date.
2. Once you receive your sim card, please put it into your phone so the sim card can initialize. This is an important step.
3. We fund the plan just before travel.
4. Arrive your destination.
5. Insert the sim and power the the phone.
6. Turn Data Roaming ON if necessary.
7. Set the APN "everywhere".
8. Enjoy!
