How to activate your 30 days unlimited plan?

To activate your unlimited plan please select one of the following options:
Activation via SMS
Send a text message to: *999 with the voucher code (a 12 digits number) you received from us. In response, you will receive a text message with activation success notification including the details of your plan. Once confirmed, your plan is active for 30 days.

Activation via IVR (Interactive Voice Response system).
Call *111 for free from your new Israeli sim card or +972 55 2233111 from any number for an automated system and follow the steps. The IVR system is provided in 4 different languages and is simple to follow. You will be required to confirm your Israeli number and your voucher code (the 12 digit number you received from us).

How to access your Voice Mail?
From your phone: *151 or your phone Voice Mail short key

Default password: 1234 (can be modified in the VM setup menu)

Home Cellular Add-On Features

Data Setup
Our Home Cellular data bundle is valid 30 days. Upon arrival in Israel you should set the apn to "hcminternet".

iPhone setup
Go to: Settings - General - Cellular - Cellular Data Network
Set the Cellular Data APN to: hcminternet.

Adding money to your Home Cellular Line
Call *111 from your Home Cellular sim card for FREE and follow the instructions for credit card recharge. You have multiple options, starting 35 ILS up to 300 ILS.

You can also purchase a recharge voucher in any Home Center branch store (over 45 locations across the country). To activate the voucher after purchase follow the same instruction as the unlimited plan activation.
